Lessons Progression

Stage 1: Controlling Power

This 1.5-hour wing surfing course is the perfect activity for both adults and children. It does not require much wind to have an awesome session, and we will begin in shallow, nearshore water. This lesson starts on the beach and progresses to a paddleboard on the water. By the end of the lesson you will understand how to capture the power of the wind to go whichever way you want.

Stage 2: First Glides on an eFoil

Learn how to control a foil with an e-foil lesson. E-foils are the quickest way to learn how a foil operates and get an understanding of foil balance. Foil control is imperative to learning how to wing foil. Check out our e-foil page for reserving a lesson.

Stage 3: Combining Your Skills

Wing foil lesson: Now it's time to put your wing skills together with your foil skills and try to wing foil. The more experience you have with each component the more successful you will be in this lesson. Harness the power of the wind and take off on foil to experience your first rides.

Stage 4: Advanced Wing Lesson (Gibes and Tacks)

Wing foil lesson final stage: Are you comfortable getting up on your board and riding but still finding yourself a bit hesitant when it comes to making transitions or pushing your skills further? If you're ready to level up your wing foil game, an advanced lesson might be exactly what you need to refine your technique and gain confidence.

Before booking your lesson, be sure to give the shop a call. It’s important to check that you're using the right gear for your current skill level and the progression you’re aiming for. As you advance, you may need to downsize your wing or board to keep improving your control, speed, and maneuverability. Choosing the right setup can make a huge difference in how quickly you progress and how confident you feel while riding.

So, whether you’re working on carving smoother turns, mastering tacks and jibes, or just becoming more fluid with your transitions, getting the right gear and expert guidance will take your wing foiling to the next level
