The Triton T1 MonoWing
I'm
Tucker, and today we're going to talk to you about the Triton Monofoil. If you
haven't seen this foil yet, it's one of the most innovative designs we've seen
in quite a while. Totally different from a lot of what you're seeing out there
in the industry or ridden before. I will show you a little bit about it and
review it after riding it this summer.Features
The
components consist of;
the front wing, the fuselage, and the stabilizer.
The front wing is a wild-looking tra

Slingshot Hope Craft V1 103 Kite Foilboard Review
What's
up guys? I’m Pat from MACkiteboarding.com. I’ll review the new Slingshot Hope Craft,
a pretty neat little board brand new to the Slingshot lineup this year.
The
Hope Craft is brand new to the Slingshots lab this year, taking the DNA from
the successful Dwarf Craft. It was designed by Fred Hope with the desires of
St. John himself. So really, just taking everything that he's looking to get
out of a high-performance pocket foil board.

3 Must Have Safety Accessories for Foiling
Foiling is here, and it is awesome. The feeling, almost indescribable. If one were to try, maybe the feeling of flying over Agrabah on a magic carpet would come close to capturing the magic. And, like anything worth doing, it comes with some risks. Riding several feet above the water, balancing on a board attached to what might as well be a katana… what could go wrong? The good news is with the proper safety gear the chance of bodily harm goes way down, meaning the chances of you living

Review: Naish Inflatable 135L foilboard - S.F. Joe
Hey there. I bought and finally got to ride my new Naish 135L inflatable this weekend and thought I'd offer a review.POINT ONE: The thing actually works and generally speaking I was impressed...This is my 10th wing board this season and so the reviews will be against those (10' sup, fanatic 6'7", fanatic 5'4", custom carbon 5'4", F-one 6'0, fone 5'4", fone 5,0", Naish 4'8"). My current ride is the Naish 4'8" 50L and had the most influence in my comparison.Setup: I left the board partially i

I've had the chance now to test these foils back to back and so I offer my opinions to any interested...Housekeeping: Moses 1000 front wing, standard kite fuse, 420 stab, 72cm carbon mast...Fone 1480 stock with 85cm carbon mastBoard: fone 5'0" 60 literswings: fone swings, 3.5, 4.2 and 5m (all used for testing)...conditions: winds steady, 12-25 in river swellI've riden the 1000 extensively and purchased and have been riding the Fone Phantom 1480. Moses 72cm Mast review - S.F. Joe
With the popularity of larger and larger wings, Moses came up with version 2 of their masts for those wings, the stiffer 72cm and 82cm. (Don't quote me, I am a bystander reading things online like you, but this is the conclusion that I came to. I don't speak Italian and can't ask Moses directly!).When I started foiling, the "cool" thing seemed to be longer and longer masts, and short masts were for "beginners" (and sissys). So I had a hard time believing Tucker at Mackite for suggesting the 72cm

Joe's Moses 637 420 review experience
I know I know, this foil has already been out 2 years. So!I've owned this foil for nearly a year, and finally got up the nerve this weekend to try it to get over my night terrors of it. It's been bugging me for a long time. I rode the Moses 637/420/101 (637 front wing, 420 stabilizer and 101cm mast) on a Temavento race board, shorty wetsuit, booties, and some bad ass mystic shorts over, dakine sliding surf harness. Day 2 I rode it with a Slingshot dwarfcraft micro, circa 2018 (mast track forward

Joe's Moses 590, 683, 695 comparison experience
Joe is a longtime customer of ours from San Francisco and a Moses foiling fanatic. I think he actually owns nearly every wing in their lineup. We love talking shop with one another so he is going to guest host a few blogs since I'm too busy at the moment. I think you will all enjoy his infectious stoke and sometime's brutal honesty.Warning: this is more of a personal expose rather than an equipment review...I take back everything I've reviewed about Moses foils! Background: This

State of Wing Surfing and Gear
Wing Surfing is the hottest new thing for SUP and hydrofoilers. If you are not already familiar, Wing Surfing uses a small inflatable kiteboard kite-looking sail that is handheld similarly to a windsurf sail. This, paired with a paddleboard or foilboard, allows the rider to capture wind power in a unique way for windsport basics, downwinders, flatwater play, and even foil surfing waves. Riders who have experience hydrofoiling, paddleboarding, and windsurfing will have a si

Hydrofoiling: Outfit your boat
Hydrofoiling is the fastest growing, tow-behind category for boat owners. A common question we get here is "how do I chose the right hydrofoil or hydrofoils for myself, my family and my boat?" We wanted to do a high-level video helping you understand how to go about choosing the correct setup, and this blog aims to go a little deeper.
We'll be breaking down three different categories of foils to consider as well as recommending different foils that fit into each category

Foil Fridays - Foilmount Moses / Slingshot Adapter Review
Let's cut right to the chase with this one. There are a few reasons why we are excited about the Moses Fuselage to Slingshot Mast Adapter plate.
Slingshot / Ride Engine masts are proven to be efficient, durable, and affordable. Their masts are quite rigid and high-quality with a starting price of only $59 or the three mast Flight School for only $168. Many riders already own their mast and pedestal as they are the leader in hydrofoils across all foiling boardsports.

Hydrofoiling: Lift Hydrofoil Product Overview
Lift Hydrofoils have been in the foil game for a long time. Their commitment to building quality carbon foils has made them a favorite of many foilers, and their latest designs are next level. Let's take a quick look at how their foils differ from others.Wings and Fuselages
Lift is the only brand I am aware of using a one-piece wing, fuselage, stabilizer type design. The primary benefits are efficiency, rigidity, simplicity, and weight. This all results in a more efficient foil that
